Sarah Mihaylo - Madam Chairman
Sarah was born in Brooklyn, New York, before moving to Phoenix where she has lived for most of her life. Sarah is a graduate of Arcadia High School in Arcadia, AZ where she would later start and operate the Arcadia Farmers Market.

With a special passion for helping women who are victims of various abuses, and their children, Sarah has spearheaded a number of grant programs supporting organization throughout Arizona, California and Nevada.

In addition to her various philanthropic projects, Sarah is a Mom to three very active boys, and in her spare time, enjoys watching them participate in after-school sports.

Steve Mihaylo - Director
Steve was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2008. He is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Inter-Tel, Incorporated, which he founded in 1969. Steve led the Inter-Tel revolution from providing business telephone systems to offering complete managed services and software that help businesses facilitate communication and increase customer service and productivity. Before selling Inter-Tel for $720 million in 2007, Steve grew the business to nearly $500 million in annual sales.

Steve earned an honorary PhD from California State University - Fullerton and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from the university in 1969. He has served on boards of numerous community organizations including the Arizona Heart Foundation, Junior Achievement of Arizona, Arizona Museum of Science and Technology and the Arizona State University College of Business Dean's Council of 100. Committed to education, Steve is involved with the Karl Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and has served on the advisory board of Junior Achievement of Central Arizona for over 25 years, and as a member of the board of directors of the Big Bear High School Education Foundation and on the Dean's Advisory Board of CSU-Fullerton.

Tam Nguyen - Director
Tam has been President of Advance Beauty College since 1999. As a leader of training for beauty and wellness, Advance Beauty College has a reputation for providing quality education while maintaining the top manicuring program in the nation. With multiple campuses in Orange County, he leads the expansion to ensure the needs of the industry locally and nationally is met. Since 2016, Tam also serves as a Professor in Business Management at the Mihaylo College of Business & Economics.

Tam is an active leader in Little Saigon, California - the largest Vietnamese community in the world outside Vietnam. He is a Board Member for the Cal State Fullerton Philanthropic Foundation, Pacific Trade and Cultural Alliance, Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce, Orange County United Way, Garden Grove Community Foundation and Center for Family Business. He was named by the OC Business Journal to the 2016 OC 500 and 2017 CIVIC 50 as Orange County's most influential and community minded. In 2018, Tam received the "Inspire" Award from the National Association of Asian American Professionals.

He proudly received his MBA at Cal State Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, MD at American University of the Caribbean and BS at UC Irvine. He resides with his wife Christine, their children Chance, Ty and Maya in Fountain Valley, CA.

Mike Rossi - Director
Mike was born in Philadelphia but spent most of his life in Orange County, California. Today, Mike is a marketing executive responsible for the development and execution of global marketing strategies, including lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, affiliate marketing, pricing strategies, creative design, advertising, and partnership development.

Mike also serves on the board of directors of the American Marketing Association, and is actively involved in several advisory roles for organizations like Junior Achievement, and is an adviser to the Cal State Long Beach's College of Business, and the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at Cal State Fullerton where he earned both a BA and an MBA in Marketing.

Doug Gaylor - Director
Doug serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Crexendo. Prior to ascending to the role of President, Doug was Vice President of Sales for the company, a position he held since joining the company in 2009. Doug's 30 years in the telecom industry has made him a subject matter expert in hosted telecom, network services, PBX and Key Systems, Call Centers, and Managed Services.

Prior to joining Crexendo, Doug held positions of increasing responsibility, culminating with the position of Sr. Vice President, at Inter-Tel/ Mitel where he was originally hired in 1987. Gaylor was responsible for overseeing the sales efforts in the Western United States where he was ultimately responsible for the activities of approximately 200 sales representatives. Under his leadership yearly sales for his region reached over $175 Million annually.

Doug holds a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is also an active Board Member Tempe Community Action Agency, and is very active with many of the educational organizations that the Foundation supports.  Doug resides in Phoenix with his wife Laura and son Dylan.

Jeff Korn - Director
Jeff runs a boutique legal consulting practice in Austin, Texas providing general counsel services to corporate clients. Prior to his consulting practice, he was Chief Legal Officer of Crexendo, Inc., a Tempe, Arizona-based cloud telecommunications company. Prior to that, Mr. Korn was general counsel of Prosoft Training in Austin, Texas and a private practice attorney in Jacksonville, Florida.

Jeff has served on the board of directors of multiple public companies and serves on multiple foundation and advisory boards. He has been an advisor to private venture firms and a lecturer and college instructor.

Mr. Korn received his B.A. in Communication and Political Science from New Paltz and went on to earn his JD at Stetson University. He resides with his wife Alyssa and son Ethan in Austin, Texas.
